- [moveit_config] Add CHOMP planner demo launch. Enabling [CHOMP]{.title-ref} on RViz by following the [tutorial](http://docs.ros.org/kinetic/api/moveit_tutorials/html/doc/chomp_interface_tutorial.html) (which currently included false information.
