Package Description

This package attempts to show the features of ROS step-by-step, including using messages, servers, parameters, etc. It is a copy of the roscpp_tutorials (because catkin won't handle turtlesim in the same package).

Win-Roscpp Tutorials

This just replicates the roscpp_tutorials. We do so here because we can't currently compile the whole ros_tutorials stack (turtlesim and qt). It should get resolved when either turtlesim moves out (hydro) or we can compile the qt dependencies.
